Good things come to those who wait, and that couldn’t have been truer for the PVC 2021 conference! The World’s leading forum on polyvinyl chloride was postponed in the spring of 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, and after a year of patience, planning and rejigging, we got it off the ground in 2021 as a completely virtual event.
It was great fun developing the sessions for a fully interactive, virtual conference experience, and facilitating meaningful exchange between speakers and our 450+ remote participants. Circularity and innovation featured large on the program with keynotes from materials scientist and broadcaster Mark Miodownik and Cheryl Robb from Zero Waste Scotland.
