In August I was back on the road again – finally! – for DW’s Culture Magazine Arts.21. So we checked out some of the cultural highlights of summer 2021 in Germany, which included stops at the Rheingau Music Festival, Berlin’s own “Tanz im August” dance festival, and fresh insights into the modern landscape painting of my native Canada at the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt.
